Kailash Yatra Tour 2026 with Prime Himalayas – A 14-Day Spiritual Journey to Mount Kailash and Lake Mansarovar
Join Prime Himalayas for a 14-day Kailash Yatra Tour 2026, a sacred pilgrimage to Mount Kailash and Lake Mansarovar via the scenic overland route from Kathmandu. This journey is a powerful blend of spiritual purpose and high-altitude adventure, set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Tibetan Plateau.
The tour begins with 2 days of guided sightseeing in Kathmandu, where you’ll visit important Hindu and Buddhist temples that help you connect with the deeper meaning of the yatra. Then, the group continues toward the Rasuwagadhi border, crossing into Tibet to begin the 14-day Kailash and Mansarovar tour under the care of the experienced Prime Himalayas crew.
As the journey progresses, you’ll travel through vast, rugged landscapes, visit sacred monasteries, and witness the untouched beauty of the Himalayas. At Lake Mansarovar, you’ll have the opportunity to perform ritual bathing, a spiritually cleansing act believed to purify one’s soul and karma. The pilgrimage then reaches Mount Kailash, one of the holiest destinations on Earth for Hindus, Buddhists, Jains, and Bon followers.
The spiritual peak of the tour is the three-day Kailash Parikrama (Kora), where you’ll circle the sacred mountain on foot, crossing the high-altitude Dolma La Pass (5,650 meters / 18,537 feet)—a place of deep spiritual energy and personal reflection.
This is more than a tour. It’s a deeply meaningful experience that leaves a lasting impression on the soul.
