TRIP DESCRIPTION
Driving from Kathmandu for 130 km to Syphrubesi, close to Tibetan Border, seems Mini Tibet, feeling Tibetan Cultures!!! Valley of Glaciers!!!!!!!!Viewing Monasteries and Himalayas and meals, Guide and many more!!! Accompanying with the varieties of rhododendron, bamboo forests, majestic waterfalls and snow-capped Himalayas!!! Enjoy typical Nepali food, different ethnic cuisines!!!
WHAT'S INCLUDE

Day 4 :Trek to Lama Hotel (2447m) : 5 hours
Day 5 :Trek to Langtang(3430 m) : 6 hours
Day 6 :Trek to Kyanjing Gompa (3798m): 3-4 hours
Day 7 :Hike to Kyanjing Ri( 4773m) : 6-7 hours
Day 8 :Kyanjin Gompa to Lama Hotel (2447m) : 5-6 Hours
Day 9 :Lama Hotel to Syabrubesi (1462m): 5-6 hours
Day 10 :Drive Back to Kathmandu

DAY TO DAY ITINERARY
Day 1 : Arrival in Kathmandu
After your arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be greeted by our representative, who will escort you to your hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 2 : Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour
Guided and private sightseeing tour exploring Monkey Temple, Pashupatinath Temple and Boudhanath Stupa, at evening orientation meeting with trekking guide, overnight stay at hotel
Day 3 : Kathmandu to Syabru Bensi drive in a public bus (1462m) : 8-9 Hours
The trek to Langtang Valley begins with a bus drive from Kathmandu to Syabru Bensi. We travel along the highway, following the Trishuli River. Along the way, we pass through Dhunche, where we can enjoy a clear view of Ganesh Himal. As we continue the route, we can admire the surrounding areas' terraced farmlands and lush green hills. The road becomes off-road after Dunche, and this terrain persists until we reach Syabru Bensi. Overnight stay at the lodge.
Day 4 : Trek to Lama Hotel (2447m) : 5 hours
After breakfast, we will prepare ourselves for a 5-hour-long hike along the banks of the Bhote Koshi River and Langtang Khola, crossing several suspension bridges. Our trek will take us past the landslide zone towards Bamboo (1960m) and then onwards to Ramche (2400m). Throughout the journey, we will be surrounded by beautiful forests and enchanting waterfalls. If we're fortunate, we may even have the chance to encounter creatures such as the Red Panda and Rhesus Monkey. Overnight stay at lodge
Day 5 : Trek to Langtang(3430 m) : 6 hours
On the following day, we depart from Lama Hotel and embark on a six-hour trek along the Langtang River. Throughout the journey, we are accompanied by the majestic view of Langtang Lirung. Our path takes us toward Ghoda Tabela (3000m), a farm where ponies and donkeys reside. Continuing our trek, we walk through the forested area and pass by various huts until we reach the checkpoint. Day 6 : Trek to Kyanjing Gompa (3798m): 3-4 hours
We will wake up early in the morning and begin our trek to Sindum. Afterward, we will proceed towards Yamphu. Along the way, we will cross suspension bridges over the Laja Khola River. Following the river bank, we will trek up to Kyanjin Gompa, where we will be rewarded with breathtaking views of the Langtang Lirung and its magnificent ice formations. Throughout our journey to Kyanjin Gompa, we will be surrounded by majestic mountains, making our trek truly worthwhile. Overnight stay at lodge.
Day 7 : Hike to Kyanjing Ri( 4773m) : 6-7 hours
This day marks the major highlight of the Langtang Valley Trek, offering a relaxing and enriching experience at the traditional Kyanjin Gompa. The day is dedicated to exploring the monastery and visiting the cheese factory, where we can treat in the delightful flavors of Yak cheese. Overnight stay at lodge in Kyanjin Gompa.
Day 8 : Kyanjin Gompa to Lama Hotel (2447m) : 5-6 Hours
Today, we are returning to Lama Hotel. The journey back will be a 5-6 hour trek, which will amaze us with its ease as the path descends downhill. The hike that took us 2 days to complete will now be finished in just a day. However, we need to be careful as the trail does become steep. Overnight stay at lodge.
Day 9 : Lama Hotel to Syabrubesi (1462m): 5-6 hours
We will advance from Lama Hotel to Syabru Bensi. This will be another simple trek downward of around 5-6 hours. Overnight stay at lodge.
Day 10 : Drive Back to Kathmandu
Leaving behind the tranquility of Syabru Besi, we will embark on the journey back to Kathmandu, where our adventure first began.Farewell dinner at evening and overnight stay at hotel
Day 11 : Departure From Nepal
Today is the day to leave the Himalayas behind, we hope you enjoyed a lot and probably you will be back for another exciting adventure very soon. Farewell friend!

HEALTH AND EXPERIMENTS REQUIREMENTS
Langtang Valley Trek is a moderate trek suitable for passionate trekkers. You'll walk for 4 to 6 hours a day, and some days might require 7 to 8 hours. A good physique, positive attitude, and strong determination are essential for success. Prior hiking experience is helpful but not mandatory. Participants with chronic illnesses or physical conditions should consult a medical professional before joining the trek.
EQUIPMENTS AND PACKING LIST
Before you come for a trekking in Nepal, please read this Equipment and packing check list. This is a list of details of the equipment and other items you will need for your trek in Nepal. Most of these items are easily available for rent or sale in Kathmandu.
Please bear in mind that most of the trekking equipment in Nepal is either used or sold by other trekkers or mountaineering expeditions or locally made reproductions of internationally known brands. Although you can buy new one, the decision is yours to take.

- Trekking pole (for extra support, while trekking uphill)

- Light balaclava or warm fleece hat
- Sunglasses with UV protection

- Fleece jacket or body warmers

- Waterproof shell jacket (With breathable lining)

- Heavyweight gloves or mittens with a waterproof shell outer

- Small pad or combination lock-to-lock trek bag-pack
- Basic First Aid Kit (see Health and Medicinal)
- Large plastic bags - for keeping items dry inside trek bag
- Day backpack (approximately 2500 to 3000 cubic inches)
- Thermo-rest sleeping pad
- Water bottles (2 pairs)
- Small wash towel
Extras
- Camera (preferable lightweight cameras) for video you can use a Gopro
- Caps with ear flaps (to protect you from chill in high altitudes)
- Walkman/ipod/mp3 players (In case you feel the need for motivational music)
- Ebooks/books or magazines for reading (in case you feel bored at night)
- Binoculars (the trails are full of good views)
- Trail Map/Guide book
- Journal & Pen (if you love writing the stuffs you see)
- Pencil
- Sunscreen (preferably the strongest one out there)
- Multipurpose tools (e.g: Swiss knife)
- Chewing gums (if your mouth runs dry)
- Deodorants (light bottles)
- A big plastic bag (you put your dirty clothes in it)
You can also consult your general physician for carrying some minor medicines. A headache during a trek will not be fun, so it would be good if you carry some essential medicines to cure minor illness. Also pack some Band-Aids, anti-bacterial soaps and hand sanitizers.
