OUTLINE ITINERARY
Day 1 :Arrival in Kathmandu, pick up from airport and drop to hotel, orientation about trip
Day 2 :Kathmandu-Pokhara by tourist bus and overnight stay
Day 3 :Pokhara-Nayapul drive by private vehicle and trek to Tikhedhunga/Ulleri, overnight stay
Day 4 :Tikhedhunga/Ulleri-Ghorepani and overnight stay
Day 5 :Sunrise and Himalayas views from Poonhill and trek to Tadapani, overnight stay
Day 6 :Tadapani to Chhomrong and overnight stay
Day 7 :Chhomrong to Himalaya Hotel and overnight stay
Day 8 :Himalaya-Annapurna Base Camp 4,130m, overnight stay
Day 9 :ABC-Bamboo and overnight stay
Day 10 :Bambu-Jhinu Hot Spring and overnight stay
Day 11 :Jhinu Hot Spring-Nayapul hike and drive to Pokhara and overnight stay

HEALTH AND EXPERIMENTS REQUIREMENTS
Apart from very high altitude treks in Nepal, most other treks available are doable if you are normally fit and healthy. However there are things that you have to keep in mind before embarking on that trek in Nepal. You can prepare for a trek months in advance by doing some light exercises in the morning, it will keep you fit and prepared for treks ahead.
Trekking in Nepal also involves longs hours of walking in various different terrain and altitudes, so a normal level of fitness is of the essence.
Although not necessary, it is also good if you have some prior trekking experience, before you trek in Nepal. You can book some local treks in your homeland or organize a trek with your friends and family, this will be a possible way to test and see if you are fit for a trek in Nepal.
EQUIPMENTS AND PACKING LIST
Before you come for a trekking in Nepal, please read this Equipment and packing check list. This is a list of details of the equipment and other items you will need for your trek in Nepal. Most of these items are easily available for rent or sale in Kathmandu.
Please bear in mind that most of the trekking equipment in Nepal is either used or sold by other trekkers or mountaineering expeditions or locally made reproductions of internationally known brands. Although you can buy new one, the decision is yours to take.

- Trekking pole (for extra support, while trekking uphill)

- Light balaclava or warm fleece hat

- Thermo-rest sleeping pad

- Camera (preferable lightweight cameras) for video you can use a Gopro
- Caps with ear flaps (to protect you from chill in high altitudes)
- Walkman/ipod/mp3 players (In case you feel the need for motivational music)
- Ebooks/books or magazines for reading (in case you feel bored at night)
- Binoculars (the trails are full of good views)
- Trail Map/Guide book
- Journal & Pen (if you love writing the stuffs you see)
- Pencil
- Sunscreen (preferably the strongest one out there)
- Multipurpose tools (e.g: Swiss knife)
- Chewing gums (if your mouth runs dry)
- Deodorants (light bottles)
- A big plastic bag (you put your dirty clothes in it)
You can also consult your general physician for carrying some minor medicines. A headache during a trek will not be fun, so it would be good if you carry some essential medicines to cure minor illness. Also pack some Band-Aids, anti-bacterial soaps and hand sanitizers.
